I had an amazing time during my Christmas stay! The hotel was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the convenient shuttle service to the Haram, which was always on time. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and set me up for a day of exploring. The hot water in the shower was a game-changer after long days!

I did find the room to be a bit small, and the area felt a little outdated. The breakfast menu could use a little more variety, and sometimes room service was a bit slow. But overall, those were minor hiccups in an otherwise fantastic stay!
